When you miss or are late to an appointment with us, we don’t only lose your business, but we also lose the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment at the same time.
So out of respect and consideration for your time and our esthetician’s time, please be on time and/or reschedule/cancel your appointment within the proper amount of time.
IF YOU MUST CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 charge.
“No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged the full service price.

IF YOU ARE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you are later than 10 minutes to your appointment or service, our esthetician reserves to right to determine the duration and scope of your service, up to and including shortening of the time provided for service, or flat refusal of performance of service.
You will still be charged the full amount of the service.
